In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "game92" refers to the online gaming platform operated at game92.bet, including all associated products, services, games, and features.
• "Operator" means the internationally licensed entity that owns, operates, and is legally responsible for the game92 platform.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the game92 platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the registered game92 player account created by a Player following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Platform" means the game92 website, mobile browser interface, casino lobby, sportsbook, and all associated tools and features.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player into their game92 Account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) that are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credit awarded by game92 that is subject to wagering requirements before it may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total cumulative wager amount a Player must place before a Bonus Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x).
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, including submission of government-issued identification documents and proof of payment method.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which access to online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.

By accessing the game92 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any bonus or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the game92 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the game92 Platform and close your Account.

game92 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of such changes, where reasonably practicable.

To access real-money gaming on game92, you must register a Player Account. The following conditions apply to all registrations:

1. Each individual is entitled to register and operate one (1) Account only. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
2. You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid mobile number linked to JazzCash or EasyPaisa where applicable.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your game92 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party.
4. game92 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where the information provided during registration is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
5. Account registration is not permitted for individuals located in, or citizens of, jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local legislation.
6. game92 may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

game92 operates a strict 21+ only policy. No individual under the age of twenty-one (21) years is permitted to register an Account, make a deposit, or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform.

All Players are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before any withdrawal request is processed. KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a valid Pakistani government-issued National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three (3) months confirming your residential address in Pakistan.

game92 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where required for compliance purposes. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within fourteen (14) days of a formal request may result in Account suspension and the freezing of associated balances pending investigation.

All financial transactions on game92 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, however large deposits may trigger additional KYC verification steps.
• Accepted deposit methods include: JazzCash (instant), EasyPaisa (instant), Raast (5–10 minutes), HBL Bank Transfer (15–30 minutes), UBL Bank Transfer (15–30 minutes), Meezan Bank Transfer (15–30 minutes), 1LINK (15–30 minutes), and Cash Over-the-Counter (30–60 minutes).
• game92 does not charge fees on deposits. Third-party transaction fees imposed by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned where identified.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit (same-source withdrawal policy).
• Standard withdrawal processing time at game92 is under fifteen (15) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and up to thirty (30) minutes for bank transfer methods, subject to KYC clearance and internal compliance checks.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been successfully completed on the requesting Account.
• game92 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding Rs 100,000, which may extend processing times by up to forty-eight (48) hours.
• Any Real Money Balance remaining in an Account that has been dormant for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month until the balance is zero or the Account is reactivated.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the game92 sportsbook and casino platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. game92 does not accept bet cancellations after a wager has been placed and confirmed, except where game92 determines at its sole discretion that an obvious pricing error occurred.
• game92 reserves the right to void any bet where the stated odds were clearly erroneous due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human input error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance in full.
• game92 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or restrict the wagers of any Player at any time without being required to provide a reason.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the game92 sportsbook interface at the time of bet placement.
• In-play (live) betting is offered on selected cricket and sports markets. In-play odds are subject to rapid fluctuation. game92 is not liable for connectivity issues that prevent a Player from placing or amending an in-play wager.
• All casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators. Historical game results have no bearing on future outcomes. game92 makes no representation regarding expected return rates beyond the published Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed on each game's information panel.

game92 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement, typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x bonus amount). The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%). Game contribution rates are published in the game92 bonus terms documentation.
• Minimum Odds: Sportsbook bonuses may be subject to minimum odds requirements per qualifying bet. Single bets at odds below the stated minimum will not contribute to wagering clearance.
• Time Limits: All bonuses are subject to an expiry period, typically seven (7) to thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Uncleared bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the stated period.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held on a game92 Account at any given time.
• Abuse: game92 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent, is detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the game92 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all associated balances:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one game92 Account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through low-risk hedging strategies, coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, or repeated registration of new accounts to claim welcome bonuses.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players in live casino, poker, or any other game format to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• Fraud & Money Laundering: Using game92 for any fraudulent purpose, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform as a mechanism to launder proceeds of crime.
• Automated Software: Use of bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to interact with the Platform without direct human input on each individual bet or game action.
• Chargebacks: Filing an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to legitimate game92 transactions.
• Exploiting Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical malfunction, pricing error, or software bug on the Platform to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error are void.
• Third-Party Access: Allowing any third party, including family members, to access or use your game92 Account for any purpose.

game92 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players. We provide a range of tools and resources to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in PKR at any time from their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration. Upon reaching the set limit, game92 will display a notification and may automatically log the Player out of the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications during active play sessions will display the Player's current session duration and net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may activate a self-exclusion period of thirty (30) days, ninety (90) days, six (6) months, twelve (12) months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion is irrevocable during the selected period. All marketing communications will cease immediately upon self-exclusion activation.
• Account Cooling-Off: A short-term break of twenty-four (24) hours, forty-eight (48) hours, or seven (7) days may be activated for Players who need a temporary pause without committing to a full self-exclusion period.

game92 urges any Player who believes their gambling may be causing harm to themselves or others to visit the game92 Responsible Gaming page for detailed guidance, self-assessment tools, and external support resources.

All content on the game92 Platform, including but not limited to the game92 name, logo, trademarks, service marks, domain names, game graphics, interface design, software code, promotional materials, and written content, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Operator or its duly licensed third-party content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the game92 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from game92.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use any game92 trademark, logo, or brand identifier for commercial purposes or in any manner that implies endorsement by game92.
• Create derivative works based on any game92 Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of game92 intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable international intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, game92 and its Operator, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game92 Platform.
• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your gaming activity on game92.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether scheduled or unscheduled, including maintenance windows and technical incidents.
• Any connectivity failures, network interruptions, or device incompatibilities that prevent access to the Platform or cause a game session to be interrupted.
• Any third-party conduct, including but not limited to payment processor delays, bank holds, or telecoms service interruptions affecting JazzCash or EasyPaisa transactions.

In all cases where game92 is found to be liable, the Operator's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total value of that Player's Real Money Balance at the time the claim arose.

game92 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The amended Terms will be published on the game92 Platform with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, game92 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect.

game92 may suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Request from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

Upon legitimate Account closure by the Player, any Real Money Balance remaining (net of active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions that cannot be resolved through game92's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body.

game92 operates under an international gaming licence. The Platform is made available to Players in Pakistan on the basis that each Player independently satisfies themselves as to the legal status of online gaming under any laws applicable to them in their specific jurisdiction. game92 makes no representation as to the lawfulness of accessing the Platform from any particular location, and it is each Player's sole responsibility to comply with all local laws and regulations applicable to them.

game92 is committed to resolving all Player complaints fairly and efficiently. If you have a concern or complaint relating to any aspect of the game92 Platform, please contact the game92 support team in the first instance via the live chat function available within the Platform. Our support team is available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.

Alternatively, you may submit a written complaint to the game92 compliance team by emailing [email protected]. Please include your registered account username, a detailed description of your complaint, and any supporting documentation or screenshots where relevant.

game92 will acknowledge all written complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and will aim to provide a full written response within ten (10) business days. Where a complaint requires extended investigation, game92 will provide interim updates at regular intervals until the matter is fully resolved.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of game92's internal complaints procedure, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by the gaming authority that issued game92's operating licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available on request from the game92 compliance team.
